Before You Write to Us
What do you need to give us a proposal?
The project type and location, approximate value, current stage, and the scope you want covered. Drawings, tender documents or a DPR extract help, but are not essential for a first discussion.
Can we engage you for only part of a project?
Yes. Each of our services can be engaged individually. A survey, a DPR, a structural design package, a pre-bid estimate or a TPI assignment can each be taken on its own, and the scope can be extended later if the project needs it.
Do you support contractors at the bidding stage?
That is one of our core areas. We prepare pre-bid design, quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimation, along with technical and commercial bid documentation, so the bid is competitive without being undeliverable at the price offered.
Can you review a design or estimate that is already prepared?
Yes. We carry out proof checking, design review and value engineering on designs prepared by others, and we review estimates and bills of quantities for accuracy and cost efficiency. This is useful before a tender goes out or when a project is over budget.
Do you support site execution as well as design?
Yes. Beyond design, we provide site supervision, quality control, third-party inspection and project management, so the work on site matches the design and the contract.
Which sectors do you work in?
Water supply, water and wastewater treatment, irrigation, dams and barrages, roads and bridges, railways, buildings and industrial plants. Our Sectors page describes our work in each.
Do you work outside Madhya Pradesh?
Yes. We support projects across all states of India, and we have delivered assignments in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Rajasthan. Internationally, we have worked in Cambodia, LAO-PDR and Ghana, and we serve clients across key global markets including Vietnam, Timor-Leste, Africa and the Middle East.
Can you take on international assignments?
Yes. We have completed business development and project management mandates on water supply programmes in Cambodia, LAO-PDR and Ghana, covering tender and bid management, liaison, technical documentation, project analysis, costing and vendor management.
Do you work under FIDIC contracts?
Yes. Our team manages compliance and contract administration under FIDIC and other international contractual frameworks, including claims, time extension applications and contractual correspondence.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We treat client drawings, tender documents and commercial information as confidential, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before any documents are shared.
